The segments begin in the Lab room of the
winery, move through to the barrel rooms,
storage rooms, and tasting room. Some in-
depth discussions of the processes,
equipment, techniques, and choices of
components by the winemaker. continues
the educational look at creating fine wines.
Interviews with the Winemakers of the appellations of
Russian River, Dry Creek Valley, and
Alexander Valley will be featured as
educational, in-depth discussions on the
methods of making wines, descriptions of
the vineyards, soils, harvesting methods,

featuring food demonstrations at Ralph's
Bistro of Chicken Paillard as a main
course, being prepared, with wine pairings
of the Sauvignon Blanc 2005 of Simi
Winery, Healdsburg.
Martins Old vine Zin 2004 of Dry Creek Valley was
chosen to pair with the second main entrée
demonstrated by Ralph and his chef, the
Fatty Braised Pork Shank and Porcini Fettuccine.
